1. Terms of Use
1.1 These terms and conditions, together with any documents referenced within them, govern your access to and use of the website located at www.omc.co.uk (the “Site”), whether you browse as a guest or as a registered account holder. Please review these Terms carefully before using the Site.
1.1a Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, process, and store personal data provided by you or obtained through your use of the Site.
1.1b Any purchase of medicines or other products through the Site is additionally governed by our Terms of Sale.
1.1c This website operates as a dedicated service within the Pharmarx Ltd. group. While the user interface, content, and services presented here relate specifically to this website, certain operational functions (including data storage, account management, and clinical systems) are provided and maintained through Cloud Pharmacy’s (https://www.cloudpharmacy.co.uk/) database. Any personal data processed in this way is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
1.2 By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site. All consultations, prescriptions, and treatments provided through the Site are subject to these Terms.
1.3 You are advised to retain a copy of these Terms for your records.
1.4 We may amend these Terms at any time at our discretion. Any updated version will take effect immediately upon publication on the Site. You are responsible for checking these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
2. About Us and Contact Information
2.1 The Site is operated by PharmaRx Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated in Scotland under company number SC561117.
2.2 Our registered pharmacy premises are located at 3 Houston Interchange Business Park, Livingston, West Lothian, EH54 5DW.
2.3 We are registered with and regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Our registered pharmacy premises numbers are 9012073 and 9012911.

2.5 If we need to contact you, we will do so using the contact details you provided when placing an order, either by email or telephone.
2.6 References in these Terms to “we”, “us”, or “our” include the Cloud Pharmacy entity where relevant to the provision of systems, data processing, or operational support.
3. Access to the Site
3.1 You are responsible for ensuring that anyone accessing the Site through your internet connection is aware of and complies with these Terms.
3.2 The Site is intended for users residing in the United Kingdom. We make no representation that content available on the Site is appropriate or accessible outside the UK.
3.3 Use of the Site is limited to individuals legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or purchase products. By submitting an order request, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3.4 Access to the Site is provided on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, or modify the Site or any part of it at any time without notice. We accept no liability if the Site is unavailable for any reason or period.
3.5 We may update or amend content on the Site at any time. Access may be suspended or terminated indefinitely if required.
3.6 Your login credentials and account details must be kept confidential. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.
3.7 Links to third-party websites are provided for information only. We have no control over external sites and accept no responsibility for their content or any loss arising from their use.
3.8 The Site is not intended for emergency medical use. In emergencies, you should contact your GP, local pharmacy, or hospital emergency department.
4. Our Services and Use of the Site
4.1 You must create an account before submitting a consultation, requesting treatment, or placing an order.
4.2 Prescription-Only Medicines
4.2a Where a prescription-only medicine is requested, you will complete an online consultation and may be required to engage in further communication with a clinician. All consultation materials are designed in accordance with accepted clinical standards.
4.2b You must provide accurate and complete information regarding your medical history, current conditions, symptoms, and medications. You are responsible for updating this information if it changes.
4.2c If a clinician determines that treatment is clinically appropriate, a prescription will be issued.
4.2d If treatment is deemed unsuitable, you will be informed and any payment made will be refunded in full.
4.3 Non-Prescription Products and General Sales List Items
4.3a Products not requiring a prescription may be purchased without completing a medical consultation. Payment is taken at the time of order.
5. Supply of Products
5.1 An order is accepted once you receive confirmation that a prescription has been approved. Delivery arrangements apply only from the point of acceptance.
5.2 For prescription medicines, approved prescriptions are transmitted to our pharmacy, which supplies and dispatches medicines directly in accordance with our Terms of Sale.
5.3 Identity verification checks are conducted through LexisNexis. Failure to pass these checks may prevent supply of prescription medicines.
5.4 We may share limited personal information with partner pharmacies to enable dispensing and delivery. You may opt out by contacting support@cloudpharmacy.zendesk.com.

5.5 Communication with Clinicians
5.5a Clinical communications must take place through our secure messaging system. Customer support email is for non-clinical queries only.
5.5b If further information is requested, your order will remain on hold until you respond. Failure to reply within 14 days will result in cancellation and refund.
5.6 Orders may be declined for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Clinical unsuitability
- Product unavailability
- Operational limitations
- Pricing or description errors
5.7 Supply may be limited by professional guidelines or legal restrictions.
6. Liability
6.1 Content on the Site is provided without warranties or guarantees as to accuracy.
6.2 Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
6.3 We are not liable for business-related losses, including loss of income, profit, contracts, data, or indirect or consequential losses.
6.4 We are not responsible for outcomes arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided during consultations.
6.5 Products and services are supplied for personal use only.
6.6 We are not liable for losses arising from failure to inform your GP, failure to follow advice, transit damage, or reliance on Site content in place of professional medical advice.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All intellectual property rights in the Site and its content are owned or licensed by us.
7.2 You must not alter or reuse Site materials without permission.
8. Changes to These Terms
8.1 We may revise these Terms at any time. You are responsible for reviewing them regularly.
9. Entire Agreement and Termination
9.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
9.2 We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms and may modify or remove the Site at any time.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Scotland. You and we agree that the courts of Scotland shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This does not affect your statutory rights to bring proceedings in the courts of the country within the United Kingdom in which you reside.
