What is your return and refund policy?

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of medicines once they have been prescribed and dispensed. This is because medication cannot legally be reused or reissued once it has left the pharmacy, even if unopened.



If you have any unwanted medication, we recommend taking it to your local pharmacy for safe disposal.

Can I still cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel your order at any time before it has been prescribed by our clinical team. 
Once a prescription has been issued, we’re no longer able to cancel or refund the order.



If your cancellation request is accepted, your refund will be issued as account credit, which can be used for future purchases and does not expire.
