Prescription-Only Medications (POM)

1. Start your order

  • Log in to your account, or register a new account before you order and initiate your online consultation for your treatment.

2. Complete an online consultation

  • Fill out a short questionnaire about your health and wellbeing truthfully and to the best of your knowledge.
  • If you need clarification, contact support@cloudpharmacy.zendesk.com.

3. Payment

  • Once your consultation form is completed, you may proceed to checkout using our secure payment gateway
  • If you encounter any issues with your payment, please contact our Patient Care Team who will be happy to assist. 
  • Once payment is verified, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number.

4. Prescription assessment and approval

  • If further information is required, you will receive a secure message. Your order will not proceed until you respond.
  • Our internal prescribers will review your responses to determine if the treatment is suitable.
  • All communication with the clinician must occur via our secure messaging platform.
  • Failure to respond within 14 calendar days will result in automatic cancellation and a full refund.

5. Order acceptance

  • If your order is deemed suitable by our prescribing pharmacists, you will receive a confirmation email that states your order is approved. 
  • Alternatively, your order may be rejected by our prescribing pharmacists. All rejected orders will be cancelled and refunded. Please note, refunds may take 3-5 working days to be credited back to your account.

6. Dispatch and delivery

  • The delivery timescales will depend on your selected delivery service 
  • For next day or special delivery services (DPD Next Day, Royal Mail Guaranteed, DPD Saturday) orders approved before 3:30pm UK time (Mon–Fri, excluding bank holidays) are dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability.
  • Fridge Postage allows for a 1-3 working day dispatch timeframe from the point of which your order is approved
  • Orders approved after 3:30pm will be dispatched the following working day

5. Delivery

  • Your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
