Delivery Options
We provide a variety of delivery services depending on the type of order:
Standard Medication Orders
- DPD Next Day – Orders approved before 3:30 pm are dispatched the same day for delivery the next working day.
- Royal Mail Guaranteed by 3 pm – Orders approved before 3:30 pm are dispatched the same day and delivered by 3 pm the next working day.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Orders approved before 3:30 pm are dispatched the same day and typically arrive within 24 hours (service not guaranteed).
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Orders approved before 3:30 pm are dispatched the same day and typically arrive within 48 hours (service not guaranteed).
- DPD Saturday Delivery – Orders approved before 3:30 pm on Friday are dispatched for Saturday delivery.
- Free Standard Postage – Available on standard medication orders over £40 (does not apply to refrigerated medication).
Refrigerated Medication Orders
- DPD Next Day – Orders approved before 3:30 pm are dispatched the same day for next working day delivery.
- Royal Mail Guaranteed by 3 pm – Orders approved before 3:30 pm are dispatched the same day for delivery by 3 pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery – Orders approved before 3:30 pm on Friday are dispatched for Saturday delivery.
- Fridge Postage (1–3 Working Day Dispatch) – Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days after approval. Once dispatched, they are sent via next-day delivery with a confirmation email.
Important: All refrigerated medications are shipped via next-day delivery to ensure the cold chain is maintained.
All delivery estimates start from the point your order is approved, not from when it is placed. This means your selected delivery option, including express services, begins only after the clinical review is complete.
If your order is approved before the 3:30 pm cut-off (Monday–Friday), it will be dispatched the same day and delivered according to your chosen service. Orders approved after the cut-off will be dispatched on the next working day.
